Responsibilities: 1.Cooperate with project leader and related teams to build new assembly line according to product requirement by lean thinking: Develop new assembly and testing process Man-hour estimates. Documentation preparation, such as build report, flowchart, PFMEA, work instruction etc. Assembly line fixtures and testing equipment concept design, be responsible for new production line running smoothly and into mass production stage in time. 2. Providing general production support for assembly or machining area as needed: Evaluate upgrades for assembly or machining. Troubleshoot issues (quality, efficiency, etc.) on assembly line or machine. Provide the operator training. 3.Communication liaison between engineering, production, marketing, purchasing, etc. and cell leader: Demonstrates team leadership skills and works well as a team player. Provide technical assistance. Provide hands-on problem resolutions. Report and facilitate correction of out-of-specification conditions. Utilizes good communication skills. 4.Continuous improvement: Optimizing the production line layouts. Selecting and implementing proper fixturing and tooling for machining or assembly job. Performing capital equipment justification as needed. Planning and implementing preventive and corrective actions for reducing scrap, rework and down time.
