Tasks and Responsibilities: 1. Value stream design; Drive system-CIP projects to achieve sustainable productivity and quality improvement ? Responsible for value stream design and mapping of SZ plant ? Lead CIP projects, such as production capacity extension and strategic projects to improve the business process; 2. Technical capacity planning of Suzhou plant 3.Create clarity of plant technical capacity base on process and part number level 4.Investment for capacity increase base on customer volume forecast and CT analysis 5.Strategic investment planning (e.g. new manufacturing process) 6.Responsible for maintenance and improve of production technical standards, such as Cycle time, tooling/machine/program applicability on process level Systematic Cycle Time reduction of manufacturing processes
