Find automation opportunities with improving target of production efficiency and process reliability, product quality. - Participate in automation projects (both global and local) with technical roles. - Develop the technical solution together with supplier to work out the technical agreement document - Contact with supplier regularly to discuss technical solution and track the progress - Qualify the automation equipment Technical support on smooth use of automation equipment/system and improve them in quality and efficency: -Prepare work instructions for operation or maintenance. -Training operators to use the equipment/system properly. -Support responsible process engineer to plan maintenance activities and train colleagues to implement properly. -Do troubleshooting and diagnose on malfunction automation equipment/system. -Archive necessary data with tracking or data safe purpose with IT support. - Document and control parameter setting and programs of equipment and system. - Make corresponding update on hardware and software in case of product transfer, product change, process change and so on. -Improve manufacturing efficiency and performance.
